How do I place an order?

After you've activated your account with us, you may place orders through our website. 

 

Do you offer batch ordering or any solutions for placing a high-volume of orders on the website?

Yes – we are happy to assist you with placing your high-volume of orders. Your daily orders can be submitted through email with a Sigma Excel Order Template. Please email our customer service team at customerservice@SigmaSLC.com for more information on whether you qualify for this option.

 

My order requires special handling and labeling. How do I submit this request?

  1. Orders that require special handling and additional labeling will need to be submitted through email with a Special Handling Sigma Excel Order Template. Please email our customer service team at customerservice@SigmaSLC.com to obtain a special handling order template. Do not place orders that require additional labeling on our website, as the warehouse will not be notified that your online order will need special handling.

How do I pay for my purchase?

 We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express cards. The charges will appear on your credit card statement as SP * SIGMA DIST. We do not accept gift cards or merchandise credit as forms of payment.

 

Do you accept PayPal as a form of payment?

We currently do not accept PayPal.
