How long will it take to ship my order?

All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of receipt. If you are fulfilling orders for customers on other platforms, please be aware of this processing time.

How are shipping fees calculated?

Shipping rates are currently available via Excel spreadsheet by emailing customer service.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we are not shipping orders to locations outside of the United States. (APO/FPO addresses are supported)

How do I track my order?

We will email a tracking report containing newly shipped orders, sent out daily at 6 pm (PST).
